Our stay at Can Tem was the bomb! The hotel was smack in the middle of the coolest old town ever, Alcudia. We explored the area like crazy - biking and trekking all over the place. And guess what? We found the sickest spots for water adventures! Kayaking and scuba diving nearby were INSANE! This place is perfect for young peeps like us!
Umm, if I had to ask for one thing, it would be more late-night party options for us wild party-goers. But hey, there's always next time!

Quiet luxury in a small boutique hotel situated in a pedestrianised part of the old town of Alcudia and run by a wonderfully friendly and caring host. The decor is simple spanish style augmented with original works of modern art. The reception and rooms are air-conditioned and furnished with individual 'antique' items (beds, wardrobes, tables etc) with modern stylish bathrooms and a large satellite tv screen if you wish to use it. We had a wonderfully relaxing 2 days meandering round the town shopping, eating etc and returning to the sanctuary of Can Tem and it's cool rooms and peaceful interior courtyard garden. We would recommend eating away from the busy main square tourist restaurant strip - Can Pere was stylish but it's sister restaurant in a square just off the main street had great pamboli mixto for lunch at 6 euros. 5Euro taxi to the beach at Puerto Alcudia. Great stay - would love to go again.

I really recomend this hotel, that is inside the medieval walls of the ancient village of Alcudia, in a pedestrian area - no worry there's a free parking 50 meters far! We really enjoyed the real family athmosphere (only 7 rooms - thx toni for all the informations you gave us) and achitecture of the hotel that fully respect the identity of the ancient village center. If you're looking for noise disco and fun this is not the perfect place, but the port of alcudia (and pollenca) are very close and easy to reach

The value for money was excellent, and the room was spacious and clean. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the old town, and the staff treated us with great care and attention.
The breakfast could have been improved by offering a wider variety of fruits and more generous portions for the guests to enjoy.

This small hotel had been renovated to a good standard, in a modern style. Our room was lovely with a designer bathroom. The breakfast was good with fresh local produce, and we ate in the beautiful courtyard.

The proprietors of Can Tem, Toni and Marielle(?), were so very nice and made of feel at home. We would definitely visit Can Tem again in the future and highly recommend it to others! A unique hotel (almost a B&B) in a neat, walled city. A lovely get away - just what we needed.
Everything at the hotel was wonderful - no qualms at all!

Wonderful base to explore, helpful staff, tasteful conversion, large rooms, modern facilities.
Nothing all good.

Cleanliness of hotel, situation in middle of old town close to several good restaurants
Although there seemed to be hundreds of German channels on tv, there were only 3 Enlish ones but this is not a place you would normally want to stay in and watch tv. Lack of outside seating

The hotel is sweet and adorable, the owners are exceptionally nice. It is an older building that has been tastefully restored by the owners. There are just six rooms. It is in the centre of Alcudia, within the historic city walls, and just a five minute walk from the most noteworthy sites (the church, the Roman ruins, and the little archaeological museum). Breakfast is pleasant and charming. No hotel restaurant, but there are many restaurants within a very short walk. An easy drive from Palma.
No parking available. Best is to park the car at the nearby free parking lot for the church, or the free parking lot for the Roman ruins across the street, about a five minute walk from the hotel.

Very beautiful small hotel (6 rooms only) in tastefully restored house from 17th century. Excellent staff - very helpful owner - gave a lot of god advice and seemed very concerned about our well-being. Excellently situated just inside the old city walls and not far from car park. Very much recommended if you want a calm and personal and beautiful atmosphere.

I recently stayed at Can Tem in the heart of Alcudia's old town. The charming location was perfect for exploring the area and enjoying the coast. The historic and character-filled house itself was gorgeous, and my spacious and well-equipped room made for a comfortable stay. The massive en-suite and comfortable bed added to the overall experience. The breakfast was plentiful and varied, and the breakfast terrace was a lovely oasis of calm. The friendly and helpful host, Pere, made me feel right at home.
Strongly recommend this hotel.
